Product Description:

Poppy red silk flowers with red and white crin swirls and red feathers - by our talented Milliner, Beth Hirst. Mounted on a hat elastic it sits to the left hand side of the head (hat elastic’s sit to the back of the head and are easily hidden under hair using fingers or a comb to pull hair over the elastic, giving an elegant finish).
